DC Clear Guard Paint Protection Film (PPF) is backed by a 5-year warranty, ensuring protection against:
- Yellowing
- Cracking
- Peeling
- Staining
- Delamination
Warranty Conditions:
- The warranty is valid only if the film is installed by an authorized Detail City Car Studio installer.
- Customers must register their installation on the Detail City Car Studio website within 30 days of installation to activate the warranty.
- The warranty covers defects in material but does not cover damage due to accidents, misuse, improper care, or external contaminants (e.g., harsh chemicals, bird droppings, tree sap, etc.).
- The film must be maintained following Detail City Car Studio's care guidelines.
Warranty Claim Process:
- Customers must provide proof of purchase and warranty registration.
- Claims should be submitted through the Detail City Car Studio website or at an authorized Detail City Car Studio location.
- If a defect is confirmed, the affected area will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of Detail City Car Studio.
Exclusions:
- Damage from improper installation by unauthorized installers.
- Wear and tear, abrasions, or intentional damage.
- Damage caused by excessive heat, pressure washing, or failure to maintain the film properly.
